Sally Thorne Bond is a life long Grand Prairie resident. She began her education at Immaculate Conception Catholic School. Sally graduated from Grand Prairie High School and then attended Austin College. She received her JD at St. Mary’s University in 1986 and joined the firm of Thorne & Thorne. Sally is currently President of the Grand Prairie Bar Association, and a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas as well as the Dallas County Bar. She is an Officer and Director of Thorne & Thorne, Inc. and is active in the title company, Federal Title as well as in the law firm.

Polly Thorne Flory was raised in Grand Prairie and is still actively involved in the community today. After graduating high school, she attended Austin College in Sherman, Texas, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Concentration in Business. Polly then attended the University of Texas School of Law where she received her JD in 1988. Polly joined the firm of attorneys in 1989 where she practices law with an emphasis in real estate.

Kimberly Cobb-Pinkerton is an attorney with Thorne & Thorne, Inc. and an Escrow Officer with Federal Title. Mrs. Pinkerton joined Thorne & Thorne and Federal Title in 2003. Her current emphasis is on developing a general practice of law with the firm and handling commercial real estate transactions for the title company. Kimberly has experience in handling TDHCA multi family apartment project closings as well as all types of commercial and residential transactions. Kimberly graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington and then received her JD at the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2003.

Eva Mae Green has been a resident of Grand Prairie for over forty years. She began working in the title industry in 1958 under the guidance of her employer, John M. Thorne, Sr. Thorne & Thorne, Inc. has been a longtime closing agent for Federal Title. Mrs. Green is the Branch Manager of the title company. Eva has experience handling TDHCA multi family apartment closings as well as all types of commercial and residential transactions. The motto of the title department, consisting of five staff members, is “Service”.

Adela Lopez is an Escrow Officer for Federal Title, Inc. and the office manager for Thorne & Thorne, Inc. Adela has been a part of Thorne & Thorne, Inc. and Federal Title since 2002. Her main objective is coordinating the bilingual transactions for Federal Title, Inc. while also maintaining the bookkeeping and payroll for Thorne & Thorne, Inc.

Jody Pinkerton is an escrow officer for Federal Title, Inc. focusing on residential transactions. He joined the company in 2003 and has built  a solid career by being professional, versatile, dependable, and friendly. A smooth escrow closing is his greatest ability. Jody's dedication to meeting your real estate needs is apparent in everything he does. He is a true team player willing to make your real estate success come easily. Whether the transaction is simple or complex, Jody is dedicated to making sure your transaction closes on time.

Alma P. Garcia has been with Thorne & Thorne since 2001. She is a certified paralegal and also serves as a registered Escrow Assistant for Federal Title. Alma is fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken, and assists in our bilingual transactions. She handles both legal and real estate files.
